Our ticket sale is managed by tickethero.dk, their terms of service apply, including their privacy policy.

Anyone claiming more than the allowed tickets will have all their tickets voided and may be unable to claim tickets in the future. The maximum ticket amount can be found by trying to claim more than allowed.

Everyone, in attendance, are required to follow our convention rules.

Our website host Simply.com collects IP addresses, User Agents and likewise information to secure their services — and by proxy ours — and provide statistics on: countries, datetime and total amount of requests — of which we utilize to better our website. Other personal information, such as name, address, phone number and email are used by our third-party ticket provider, to ensure ticket sales process as needed. We do not use your address or phone number for anything, however the third-party may need it. For that we refer to our ticket rules.. They do also use cookies to track your progress in the ticket sale, however these are only present and loaded during active ticket sale.
