Please note, that due to on-going renovation around ITU, we do not currently know which of the two entrances that will be opened. We will update information here, and on instagram when we have it.
We may get the information as late as a few hours before the con, so please be patient.
Preparations
Always remember to read up on our rules.
To get in, you need to have claimed a ticket. We are required to limit the amount of people coming for fire safety.
Everyone, even those not attending ITU, are welcome to join. Our convention rules still apply.
If you have a disability that requires a companion, they must also have claimed a ticket. If tickets are sold out, and your companion does not have a ticket, please notify us via info@commitcon.dk. Only offically approved service animals are allowed on premises, other animals are not allowed.
How do I get there?
CommIT Con is hosted at the IT-University of Copenhagen (ITU), please visit their page on how to access ITU.
When you have arrived, make sure to swing by CommIT Con's counter. We will scan your ticket and are able to answer questions you might have!
Afterwards you are welcome to use our wardrobe, however please do note that it is at your own risk.
I'm here, what now?
Remember to enjoy your time, and feel free to participate in any of our events. At any time, you are welcome to ask our organizers or henchmen questions you might have.
Henchmen are volunteers helping, meanwhile the organizers have helped organize it all. To join the team, you must have a prior or current affiliation to ITU, or be invited by a member.
Sleeping at ITU is strictly forbidden. However, should you feel the need to take a break, we offer a drawing room and a separate quiet room. Check the schedule for their locations.
